Renting an office is a mandatory requirement for opening a bank account in some Chinese banks. We ensure full compliance with all requirements and provide all necessary documents.
Opening a bank account in some Chinese banks requires having a real office in the city where the bank’s branch is located. If your company does not have such an office, we can offer office rental services. This service includes all the conditions required to meet the banks’ requirements, as well as a signed lease agreement. After receiving payment, we will provide you with the office lease contract and photos confirming its availability. Please note that the office is intended solely for address verification and cannot be used for conducting business or holding meetings.
Step-by-step procedure
Consultation and document request
After agreeing on the terms, the client confirms their intention to open a bank account in China. We request the necessary documents for the corresponding service and, once they are received, initiate the process.
Service payment
The client makes the payment for the office rental, which will be used for opening the bank account.
Agreement preparation
We prepare the lease agreement and arrange the office space. After signing, the client receives the lease contract and address confirmation (including photos of the office sign), which are required for opening the account.
Usage
The office is used exclusively for official address verification and cannot be used for conducting business. It is required for opening a bank account in China.
Documents required to order the service
If the company is not under our service:

  • Certificate of Incorporation — an official document issued by the Hong Kong Companies Registry that legally confirms the establishment and registration of a company in accordance with Hong Kong laws. It is no longer issued after 27 December 2023.
  • BRC — an official document issued by the Hong Kong Inland Revenue Department confirming the company’s registration as a business in Hong Kong.
  • NNC1 — the form used when registering a new company in Hong Kong. The full name of the form is “Form NNC1: Incorporation Form (Company Limited by Shares)”.
  • Articles of Association — an important legal document that regulates internal processes and authorities within the company. It outlines the main rules and procedures that the company, its directors, shareholders, and other stakeholders must follow.
If the company is under our service, no documents need to be provided.
