Start your business in China with professional support at every stage of the registration process.
The company registration service in China includes comprehensive support at every stage of establishing a legal entity: assistance in choosing the appropriate corporate structure, selecting and approving the company name, submitting all required documents to the government authorities, obtaining the business license, opening a corporate bank account, as well as providing consultations on taxation and compliance with local legal requirements.
Step-by-step procedure
Consultation
We help you choose the optimal service package, determine the city of registration (for example, Shenzhen), and define key company parameters such as registered capital, ownership structure, and any additional required services (such as a bank account or license).
Document Collection
We gather information for the application form, including the proposed company name, business activities, and registered capital amount. We obtain passport scans of the shareholder, legal representative, and company controller. If the company is being established by a foreign corporate entity, we prepare notarized and apostilled corporate documents of the parent company.
Signing of Documents
We provide detailed instructions on how to correctly sign the documents. We verify the scans of the signed documents to ensure they meet regulatory requirements. The client sends the original documents to China and provides tracking numbers for monitoring the shipment.
Company Registration
We submit all documents to the local authorities to register the company. We obtain the business license, company articles, and official company chops. We share scans of the registration documents and company chops with the client for review.
Identity Verification with the Tax Bureau
We coordinate the director’s in-person visit to the tax authorities or complete remote identity verification (if applicable). We create the company’s tax account and finalize tax registration. We then deliver the final document package to the client and explain the next steps for ongoing tax compliance.
