Documents apostille
Hong Kong participated the Hague Convention of October 5, 1961, which establishes a special stamp (an apostille) affixed to official documents created in one state and to be transferred to another state.

It replaces the procedure of consular legalization. Documents with an apostille are freely accepted in all countries participating in the Hague Convention. In Hong Kong, documents are certified by the Hong Kong Supreme Court.
