A shelf company in Singapore is a private limited company (Pte. Ltd.) already registered with ACRA that has never traded and has no assets or liabilities. You receive the Certificate of Incorporation, BizFile and the company Constitution. All that remains is to change the shareholders and directors and, if needed, the name.
A Singapore company needs at least one resident director. If you do not have one, we can provide a nominee resident director. The transaction is carried out fully remotely.
Step-by-step procedure
Company selection and consultation
We select a company from the available options: incorporation date, ACRA status, whether it has a bank account.
KYC Procedure
We verify the identity and address of the shareholders and directors under AML requirements.
Corporate Changes
We appoint the directors (including a resident director), change the shareholder and update the company records with ACRA through BizFile.
Updating bank and contact details
If the company already has a bank account, we update the details with the bank.
Handover of documents and support plan
You receive the Certificate of Incorporation, BizFile, the Constitution and the company registers, plus a support plan: corporate secretary, reporting, annual filings.
A standard KYC set is required for a Singapore company; we will separately confirm the documents for a resident director if you need one.
